Hey everyone hope u can help me out with a movie name?

its an old movie about in the 19 70 or 80's and i think the name ends with soldiers. its about some prisoners and they are sent out with a captain to fight in some jungle. And all i can remember is a japanese or chinese man puting a bag over the mans head with a snake in it and when he toook it off the man bit of the snakes head and said wats for dessert mother f....er. yh hope u guys can help.
