Do you think that Sri Lanka needs help to improve its human rights record?

Prisoners of war should have their rights according to the Geneva Convention honored. Unfortunately, there are leaders of nations who do not uphold the rules of the Geneva Convention. During recent history, the allies in the war on terrorism have been as guilty as the Sri Lanka army commander. War is brutality by mankind at its worst and all has become fair at love and war for thousands of years. I do not condone this inate tendency by enemies at war, but during this era of the Empire rising from its ashes like a Phoenix--rules of war are insignificant... just like human rights.
