Does anyone know a site that makes all calls from ur loved 1 in prison cheap eg; 97 cents a call? please help.?

I heard about a site that you can go on, on the internet & it will give you a number to call them on.. It makes the prisoners phone calls cheaper ? I cant seem to find it anywhere can someone help me out....
