I have a House I am going to rent. What are some things i should include in the rental?

Hi, everyone..... I recently inherited a house, and I have remodeled it with the intention of renting it out. It's a nice little three bedroom/one bathroom house of about 1100 sq ft, with a nice backyard, in a good neighboorhood. I have never been a landlord before, and i have a question about what to include in some areas of the property. Do I include window treatments of any kind? Shades? Drapes? Or do i just leave them off, and let the tenant decorate as they wish....it looks pretty plain, and not too good without anything on the windows. and what about the Shower curtain...do they provide that, or should I? Also, I have a refigerator in the house that is only a couple of years old, and i was thinking of selling it....Is a Fridge something that is normally provided, or not? If you have any thoughts about these or any other issues,, i would very much apprecaite your suggestions....I'm new at this! Thanks! HH
