A PSN account problem?

well i have had a psn account for a long time and it has a lot of trophies (over 500 some from each type) and i haven't been on in a long time...but i was surprised when i heard psn was hacked..twice, so once it was all better t worked and i logged on on the ps3 with my account and it told me to change the password and i did...the only problem is my account..i messed up on and put to "hh"s in it..example (this is not my account) hasaproblem@ya"hh"oo.com...and it is accepted, but when ever i go on the psn site..it either says the password is wrong or email address/user name is wrong and well..i might have forgotten the password..im not completely sure...but when i put ti in the i lost my password info it say it has sent an email to my account..but i cant find any account at yahhoo.com...please help me!!!!
