What are the chances this guy will get out of prison?

He either will be released or die in the prison hospital. In either case, he should pose no threat to u due to his age and apparent health problems. Sorry you were victimized. All I can really say about this....being my opinion....is to pay someone in the prison hospital to snuff him out for you or hire someone from the streets to kill him as soon as he steps. again, sorry about your situation.
