What kind of results will I see with this workout/diet?

Please help me. I am 6ft in height and I weigh about 168lbs. I really need to know if this work out and diet will help me see any kind of results and if so what kind? So my work out is; Monday's I do abs and pull ups for 45 mins. Next day I do push ups and resistance training. Than I start again with Monday's workout. I do this for 5 days straight than rest sat and Sunday. I drink a protein shake at lunch time and after I work out I also take krealkalyn before and after workout. My diet is based off no sweets at all and eating very healthy. I really want to know if I will see any kind of results and if so what kind? Please help me!!!!
