Why is none of my Fallout New Vegas DLC working?

I have both Dead Money and I just downloaded the Honest Hearts DLC but everything I had from the DM DLC is completely gone and disappeared, I can go into the abandoned BOS bunker but the radio is missing. And I thought downloading HH would fix it but nothing shows up for that one at all. This started some where around when the PSN went down. That being said I have the PS3 version, please help I'm getting extremely irritated by this....and I can't find any information anywhere....
