Are the doing a new film of wuthering heights?

I heard that in 2011 there would be a new film of wuthering heights starring Kaya Scodelario as Cathy. I would really like to know if this film is actually being made as I feel that none of the previous films of it, have really captured the true malevolence of Heathcliff and I dont think that Cathy was portrayed well in them and i think that Kaya Scodelario would make a good Cathy. anyone know when this film will be out?
