How can i tell her that i love her?

i have a big problem my soul and brian are older than my Body i'm 15 years and 9 months old my height is 5.7(170) but i feel like a 28 or even 30 years old man now whats the problem?i love a women who is 6 years older than me,she is even 3 inches taller than me!!! what should i do ? will she believe me? will i grow taller than her?? am i really abnormal
