Looking for this poem about god hope someone knows it?

i think the first line is " I am the flower pressed in the book found again after 1000 years" another line is when the prisoner sits down to eat he sits beside me" and another line near the end of the poem is " i am the stone step, the latch and the working hindge" i have no clue who wrote it or the name of this poem is someone could help me find it or no which one i am talking about that would be great! thak you
