Well.....The day ahs come where I ask how is my horses conformation :/?
Dont be afraid... I've never seen a horse with perfect comformation :) Near perfect but there's always going to be something not perfect. As she's not standing square its impossible to go thoroughly over her fairly :) She does have long pasterns. Google pastern angles and you'll understand. A long pastern will causes strain on the sesamoids when the horse is galloping flat out so be careful and if you do like to gallop her be aware that having longer pasterns will put more pressure on her tendons and she'll also be more suspectable to getting a bowed tendon. Her head is turning away from the camera so I think its giving the illusion her neck is shorter and she has a pronounced whither but she looks well balanced. She's lovely. If you would like to judge her conformation more for yourself google examples of hock conformation etc and compare her shape. To measure her balance get a piece of string and measure from the tip of her lip to her whither and then from the whither to her tail... if they are the same your horse has perfect balance but hardly any do! Your horse does not have crap conformation, she looks well proportioned but its good to be aware of her faults for her own health :)
