Microsoft excel help?

I have a cell set up to add up a series of elapsed times. I have it formated as hh:mm. However, it keeps flipping over @ 24 I think. How do I get it to keep adding hours. Ex. 268:34 268 hours 24 minutes. The cell I have linked to this one is working fine. Activity/hour, but the cell is reading wrong.
